Job Responsibilities

• Analyses products & develops correct fit specifications
• Confirms correctness of sketch with technical requirements of style
• Creates technical specification packages that include: illustration, flat sketch with measurements, construction details, sewing instructions, and trim sheet using Corel Draw
• Create initial flat sketches & spec sheets for private label and line development using Corel Draw software.
• Work with Design Head to ensure products meet requirement for all details from initial technical package thrugh production
• Daily report and communicate with Technical Director to ensure meeting calendar time line

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in fit and development areas
• Strong attention to style details
• Must be self-motivated and very Organized
• Working knowledge of fabric, construction detailing
• Must be able to communicate fit issues in writing and with Sketches
• Good communication skills In Kannada, English and Hindi
• Must have good computer skills: CorelDraw X3 to CorelDraw X6
• 4-Year College Degree preferred with training in Technical Design
